hello, i recently purchased logitech 2.1 speakers and they work fine when i'm playing something through Itunes or Ares. But when i try to play something through my napster program, or try to play a movie through powerDVD there is no sound. someone please help me with this. Thank You

Frank, double click the sound icon in the systray and make sure all the volume controls are turned up.
