Hi I have no sound after reformatting my hard drive. I don't appear to have a sound card so I presume that I have onboard sound Can anybody tell me how I can find out which drivers that I need to download. I have been in device manager to try to identify this but so far have not had much luck Thanks

The web site of the manufacturer should have drivers for download for you. Do you know the model number of your mobo ?
I wonder what'll happen if I do this ?

Download and run Belarc Advisor (it's free.) it will tell you what brand of motherboard you have as well as a lot of other info about your system. You can get it here:
