I was watching a movie in .avi format with WMA with my friend's portable comp. and suddenly there was a serrious error screen - the comp. reset. It tried to send the log message but I was unaible to connect to the internet (none available at the place being). When the comp. turned on again - there was no sound no matter which program I checked!! Of course I first checked the volume settings. Any suggestions on how to get the sound back?
