Intel D101ggc desktop board

Specs: Windows xp, ddr1 , p-iv 2.66
i have by mistake set the speed for RAM in Bios set up to 667, whereas my RAM IS DDR1 i.e. 400 MHz speed. And immediatly after that alarm began sounding, POST screen is not appearing. I do not understand how to go back to the Bios set up to correct it.

Nothing is working in the system, whereas my computer was perfect, b4 I made this mistake.

It can't run at that speed anyhow. Pull the battery out of the motherboard for a few seconds and then reinsert it. This should reset the bios. Make sure the computer is unplugged first.
