Sounds like you might have damaged the processor, if it was an AMD then its very possible you cracked the core installing the new heatsink. No BIOS beeps and no boot usually inidicates processor error.

Try resetting your bios also. Remove battery, set jumper, unset jumper, install battery.

i did, the only thing to try , is to put a new cpu in there,
