No Name In Welcome Screen

There are only 2 users for my PC. Both names appear in welcome screen. However in safe mode my name doesn't appear. There are only the name of the other user and 'administrator'. I know 'administrator' normally appears in safe mode, but where is my account? Can anybody help me please.
