No Mixer/Audio Device Detected

I cant play any audio files anymore as Windows keeps saying there is No Mixer Device Detected and there is No Audio Device.
I am using Sound Blaster Audigy and I ran the diagnostic test and the attached image shows what came up.
WinXP has been fully updated but this happened days after the latest patches. The sound card works fine and I have installed all the software and updates for it but they have not solved the problem.
Is there anyway to fix the problems shown in the picture.
