On my other computer. I restarted it after running ad-aware and it found some registry keys that were bad but couldnt delete them. So i went into regedit and basically took them out myself. I was prevented from deleting some of them. Now when it reboot I get the windows XP welcome screen but no user account to log into. Ctrl+Alt+Del does not work and the mouse and keyboard seem to work fine but i cant get past that welcome screen at all.

Use your Win XP cd and go through the clean install installation process. At some point you will see a window that asks you if you want to Repair XP, Choose that option. Always BACK UP your registry before you alter it.
