Hi, when I switch on my pc I get to log on to
my desktop and when I do so, I get only the
wallpaper, no icons and no taskbar, I can only
access taskmanager ctrl+alt+del and close
explorer.exe and then reactivate it, but most of
the software installed does not work for
example games and incredimail. I tried to look
for ddm folder but does not exist and looked
for sysu.exe, does not exist either, i tried all
the solutions you give in ur website but no
success, I have also asaware spybot and
malware-bytes , scanne dwith all of them and
all threats removed but still same problem,
please help me, this thing is driving
me crazy! thanks!
