I asked this a few days ago and I still have no hotmail or msn mail and get a block from microsoft also in internet explorer. All other browsers are working. I've reset my password with microsoft. I do have windows live though. What is the safest way to reset internet explorer without losing my FAVORITES AND EMAIL CONTACTS. Thank You John
Where did you get the idea that resetting IE would destroy your Favourites?
And email contacts have nothing to do with IE anyway. Your email contacts are not in IE, they are on a website so resetting IE cannot affect them.To reset IE, go to Tools > Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the Reset button.
I tried reset and still no hot mail or microsoft sign in,it still says locked. A few days ago I did reset my passsword thru google browser . Still no IE hotmail etc. All surfing oterwise ok. Ther are 2 reset spots on the reset section , which one to use? Thank you,John
