I get huge lag just clicking on the items in the menus. My computer gets 99 fps when in a game, but the menus, are s---. i need MUCHO help on this please. thanks!

Windows XP has a dire problem with setting all program's refresh rate to 60. Perhaps this is the problem.
If it is, this program can release you from the pain and suffering.

use with caution though, because if you set your refresh rate more than your monitor can handle, you will have to reboot with safe mode and turn it back. I recommend you use the "auto-populate" button.
