Comment:

I have a home file server setup but did not want to put a floppy on it (no need). However, whenever I reboot, I get the floppy error and have ot hit F1 to skip over it. I don't usually have a monitor or keyboard hooked up to it so this is a pain whe I reboot it. Is there any way to stop this?

Thanks,
Aaron

check your bios settings. It should show not installed and you want it last in boot order or not at all.

You would change to none or disabled if it is there and also

look for

"boot up floppy seek" and disable that

usually in the advanced bios settings
