Hello everyone, l've got a question that's driving me bonkers! Whenever l download a zip file from a site, and then go to extract it's contents via right-mouse-click---> extract all, l get a "no files to extract" however when l download the same files on my wife's computer they work download, and extract fine. What am l missing?

Sounds like whatever program you are using to extract them may need to be reinstalled....

I'm using the "extracter" that comes packaged with Windows XP. I'm just right clicking with my mouse, and selecting "extract files". It opens up the "Compressed (zipped) folders extraction wizard". How would l reinstall that?
