I need help that my DVD-Rom in my Dell laptop is not working anymore. When I put a CD or DVD in I can hear it running but it does not show up on my computer folder and does not show the message of what do you want to do next. This started to happen after I installed my flatbed scanner. It is not recognized in device manager. Is there a way I can get my DVD drive running as I don’t know what happened? I did not open up the laptop before and after I had the problem.
