I was having probems with Windows Installer so followed Article ID: 315353. When I went to registry the permissions for HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT system were set to full control but I thought I would make sure. I obviously ended up doing something really stupid as I unchecked full control and then rechecked it and applied it. Now when I try to login as any of the 3 users on the machine ie Administrator and two other users with administrator rights it just stops at background and hangs. I can login to all users in safe mode.
