OS: Win Xp Pro
CPU/Ram: P4 3.ghz 2Gb DDR

ok my pc seems to be acting weird lately
first i got this software caused connection abort which i have still no idea what the cause is

today i start to get errors saying
No buffer space available ?
programs like Flashfxp stop working
mirc kills connection with that error and a bunch more programs

does this ring a bell for anyone and know a solution
because i am really running out of ideas

also whenever that problem accors IE also acts messed up
pages load fast or not at all
bassicly whenever i get it everything works crappy

Do a system restore to a time before this started happening.
