Ok Today i got my new stuff i purchased This was;
AMD Athlon "Barton" XP3000+ 333FSB Socket A
Corsair 1GB DDR Value Select PC3200
Lanparty Motherboard KT400A
Ultra X-Connect 500W ATX Cable Detachable PSU
These are the new components i placed in to my computer (preety much a new comp)
Im also running
200Gig Maxtor HDD
40Gig Maxtor HDD
30Gig Maxtor HDD
Radeon 9800 Xcalibur

So now ill go on to describe whats happening i turn on the computer thinking awww sounds so quite (unlike my old computer which was like a monster hehe) So i look up to see No Input Signal on the monitor at first im like ok somethings not pluged in correct so i replug everything back in and start up the computer again and the same happens once again.
So i discover through playing around with the stuff in the computer that without the IDE cable in the HDD (250gig one) It beeps and the hdd spins like normal. Plug in the IDE cable and it doesnt power up again. Is it the Motherboard i knew my fare share about computer problems but never experienced this one. :(
HELP ME IM GOING MAD LOL.
But please i cant believe i bought all this stuff and it aint working :<.
Also when i turn the power on the LED's on the M/b light up as well as the PSU and all the fans including the Graphics Card Fan.

Cheers Ben

Are you trying to use the D drive as the boot drive ? WRONG. Even if the boot order is altered most computers are not configured to do that. B.T.Y. you have your
cables connected wrong.
