I use WinXP SP1 and in the LOCAL AREA CONNECTION PROPERTIES i don't have ADVANCED tab. How to solve this problem? thx for help

Where did it go ?? Have u looked behind the sofa ?? No, seriously - a repair re-install should do the trick. You could try running sfc /scannow in the RUN box, or un-install/re-install ur NIC, but ur'll most likely need the repair AFAIK. GoodLuck
