nfr.dll error on boot

CPU/Ram: 1.3Ghz / 1.5Gb RAM

When I boot up the nfr.dll error pops up. I unchecked it in the startup under msconfig but is there somewhere in the Reg I should remove it? The computer boots fine now... I was just thinking there might be a better fix.
