New Windows Virus/Trojan

I have a program called ntos.exe that my antivirus gets an error reading.

My system won't stop thinking (hourglass by mouse) and my antivirus has already found a lot of other viruses.

I think its a re-written code of an trojan that came out last november.

I can't delete it even in Safety Mode, or with Delete on reboot.

Any ideas?
