New motherboard/processor probs

CPU/Ram: 512mb

Im in the process if giving my computer a new motherboard and a new processor. After hooking all the cables up to what I THINK is all the right spots my comp will turn on but nothing shows up on the monitor and I hear a distinct beeping pattern. Its beep beep ..stop.. beep beep beep beep beep. If anybody could tell me what this means or have any ideas, let me know, thanks.

Depends on which Bios is used. See here for some beep codes:

Go to your mobo/bios manufacturer's webpage for more info
