Hi, I have another problem. There's this new message that now pops up saying "This web page is unavailable offline" after the message "Cannot connect to the Internet" Can someone please help me?! Thanks.

When you receive the first message stating that the web page is unavailable offline, is there a dialog box that displays with a 'Connect' button? It seems that I recall sometimes seeing this message and usually there is a button I can press to connect.
Also, in Internet Explorer go to the File menu and make sure that the 'Work Offline' parameter is not checked.

Are you talking about a popup that comes up. If yes for the popup, then there is a software called Freedom Firewall on HPs. You need to clean up Scheduling agent.

there is a try again button onthe first one but it doesn't get rid of the second message. Work offline is not checked in I.E. I don't know if it's really a pop-up. Can someone please help me? Thanks for responding
