Hard drives, fans and 5.25 drives are working fine. As far as I can see the jumpers are set right. Ive checked them over and over again. From Intel:
The D845WN AGP socket can be used with AGP cards that comply with the AGP 2.0 specification. The D845WN can only accept 4X card(s) operating at 1.5V. Legacy 3.3V AGP cards are not supported.
What kind of Video Card do you have?

1.5V and 3.5V cards are built differently. There should be no way you can install a card into a different socket.

Did you install display drivers? One time I uninstalled my display drivers thinking that XP would automatically use its native drivers..no such luck.

Have you tried booting into safe mode?

Well heres the thing, when im saying no display, im meaning that, i dont even get POST. My monitor just keeps showing No Signal no matter what. I just again tried to reset the jumpers and reset cables and tried a couple new cables and reset the CMOS battery. Any suggestions?

Have you tried another monitor?
I think it should show somthing when turned on even if it is disconnected completely(if it's ok that is).
Do you have another video card to try?

Yeah I have 4 and ive tried all of them. I do have another video card but its not here. Its at my office. I was just about to go get that. This one is stumping me. But I have a hunch it may be that video card. IF YOU GUYS HAVE MORE THOUGHTS ON THIS PLEASE POST THEM. THANKS

Make sure you are not grounding out the motherboard. Did you place a stand off in the wrong place? Make sure your IDE cables are plugged in proplery, make sure your FSB is set properly, if you know everything is connected properly, disconnect everything from the motherboard except the video card. If still no video this is what I would do, it sounds crazy but you will find out if it is a bad MoBo. Remove the motherboard from the case, lay the case on its side so it is flat. Use the static bag that came with the MoBo and place the motherboard on top of the case with the static bag underneath it so the bottom of the MoBo is not making contact with the case. Snap in the Video card and hook up the power supply and the soft power cable and then see if you get video this way. If you do, then you are shorting the MoBo out somewhere when you installed it in the case. This is just some of the basic T/S I go threw when all else fails.

Laters,
