I just installed a new hard drive, and it's a small 4GB. When I formatted the new drive and cleaned out everything it reads that its only has 2GB. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

Maybe the FileSystem is taking too much space. Check out your Windows' 'Help&Support center'. Type 'NTFS' and then 'Choosing between NTFS,FAT & FAT32'.

You have probably installed the drive as FAT, which limits you to 2 gigs. Try installing as fat32, or NTFS to overcome the limitations and see the whole drive
