I have these random folders appearing in My Documents which I don't want, namely My eBooks and My Deliveries. I delete them and they keep reappearing, which leaves me wondering if it's some response to something I'm doing online? Any suggestions?

You will probably have to edit them out of the registry.

I've had the same issues. When Adobe Acrobat or Reader is opened, it seems to add the My eBooks folder. I've had other programs add folders such as My Videos when opened. The easiest thing that I've found is just to change the folders' attributes to Hidden (right-click, Properties, check Hidden) and making sure hidden files and folders are not shown (My Computer, Tools, Folder Options, View, check Do not show hidden files and folders).
