New case and PSU for old Dell

I'd like to get a new case/350 or 400 watt PSU combo for the P3 Dell I have. Eventually I'll use this case and PSU for a new Athlon system that I'll build when I have the cash.
Are there any concerns I should have regarding putting my old Intel motherboard into a new case?
I know that Dell has an unusual fan setup with a plastic cover over the CPU to force the exhaust fan to suck the air directly over the processor. Will I need to buy a new fan for the P3 processor?
Will I be able to easily remove the motherboard from its old case?

Steven, keep saving your money, and do not waste any by swapping the DELL into a new case. It is easy to remove everything from the DELL. The major problem is the power switch, hard drive, reset switches, that are on a cable that plug into the motherboard. Your new case will have connectors that do not match the DELL cable. I think that there are no labels on the motherboard pins either. This makes it very easy for the factory worker to install when the computer is coming down the production line, but very difficult to swap or modify aftermarket boards. The DELL case is pproprietary. Perhaps a computer shop would have the diagram of what pin does what.
