NETZERO 7.0 dial up problem?????

when i dial up using netzero 7.0 as soon as it connects a second later i get an error saying..failed connection-cant find resource..the older version connects fine but not with 7.0....anyone????

should be on your Desktop. It has answers about problems, and how to contact support.

when i try to open my quick help icon on my desktop i get an error saying : this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. create an association.

Our office system was a p1 with 32 megs of ram. It would get hung up when netzero forced a download of 7.0. If you are getting all these problems and don't want 7.0 then uninstall it. Install an older version and you might get a forced download or be asked to approve of the download. Get netzero on cd from any office supply or computer store and load it that way. The download appears to have some problems with some computers. Mostly slow small memory systems.

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...

Try downloading 7.0 to floppy. They make it small for floppy. Then uninstall what you have.
Then install from floppy.
