I have two machines running XP Home as part of my network. Why is it that I cannot access the 'My Programs' or 'Documents and Settings' folders on either XP machine from another machine? I do not have any paswords or admin priviledges set. I can access these folders on my win98 machines without any trouble. Why won't XP let me into my own folders!!

You can if File and Print Sharing are enabled and set up properly. Go to Help and Support in the Start Menu and it's all explained. The workgroup name has to be the same, and the folders have to have sharing enabled, etc. If you have trouble, come back, tell us what you've done, and someone will try to help further, I'm sure. I have two XP Home computers sharing, and mine works fine, and yours should too.
