The training starts with the basics, including how to install Windows XP Professional and Server 2003 using a number of different procedures, including the Remote Installation Service. You will also learn how to manage and troubleshoot User Accounts, back-up and implement disaster recovery procedures and the features of remote management and the benefits of Terminal Services.
