Network setup fails:spoolsv.exe ?

When I try to setup a home wireless network, the setup fails. It mentions spoolsv.exe, and says instruction 0x77f7c32b memory reference 0x00000000 could not be read? Does anybody know anything about this error? Thanks for your help.
