Here is a weird one for you to try and figure out. I am runign an internet cafe and with one of the computers when I go into network settings it shuts down I have tryed two diffrent michines on the same network plug Could it be the cable or do you have any other ideas what it may be.

The network shuts down? or the computer shuts down? Might look for any kind of "WAKE ON LAN" settings...as that may turn on/turn off your pc.
