Specs: Windows 7
I have a wireless capable printer wired to #1 PC. A lap top networked with my wireless router and the #2 PC I would like to also use the printer. How should I go about doing that?

Have you gone through the installation process to set-up the
printer wirelessly? Normally involves plugging a network cable in
to set it up initially - you just need to follow the instructions in
the manual. Once it's been set up with its own ip etc. then you
just go through the 'add printer' process on each PC/laptop &
select 'networked printer' when asked.

From your post it is not clear if the referred printer is a network printer or not. I assume it must be controlled by the PC which it is wired to. In that case first share the printer by right clicking on its Properties and selecting the Share Tab, then install the proper driver on the laptop and you are done.

In the posted configuration to print you have to power on the controlling PC too.
