network places not on start menu

Reply: right-click the start menu/customize/adavanced tab in the start menu items box, make sure my network places is checked
I'm Back On one of the systems I get this message when attempting to "View Network Computer", under Network Tasks.. "Work group is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available."
Hmmm. I am listed as administraor under my user account.
