im getting exclamation mark icon error code 39 in my network device manager. "windows cannot load the device for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing". i tried to roll back the driver, but this is what i get "no driver files have been backed up for this device". i also tried to install external wireless usb and also getting the exclamation mark icon. please help. i think the registy is corrupted.

Remove the entry from Device Manager. It will add itself back in upon reboot. Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

yeah i have tried to uninstalled but upon reboots im still getting the same error. thanks
