Where can I find a comprehensive description on how to connect my desknote to my pc so I can download some files from there?
Both of machines have Ethernet cards and I also got a network cable (crossover), configured everything but the stuff refuses to communicate one with another.

Hi I have no trouble with this method, if you have a digital camera with a media card, you can do it easily by using one of these tranferring file to card, then plug card reader in other pc and download file
