A program requesting information from other pc on the network and it doesn't say what program it is. It only happens at startup, ive check my startup applications and i can't seem to find it. I think it's a program wanting for an update or something. Is there a way how could i know what program it is?

Thnks

If you think it's a program from startup that's causing this, go to Start->Run and type in msconfig and hit OK. Then go to the startup tab and see which program you don't recognize there (which may be a bad program). You could then uncheck them one by one and by process of elimination find out which program is trying to connect online.

You can uncheck every item in the startup tab for a test. None of them are essential for the system to run.
