Hi, Recently I started having this problem. "Local Area Network Network Cable Unplugged"
Why is this happening? I'm still connected to the Internet when this thing pops out from my taskbar.
Its getting rather irritating as I prefer to hide my taskbar, so now every 4 to 8 seconds, my taskbar keeps coming up. And I start to notice that my MSN 7.0 keeps signing out once in a while now. Is it because of this network problem?
But my brother's PC which is also connected using the same network, don't seem to have both of this problems at all. How do I solve this problem?

it's 99% certain cable problem. check the cables, and have a look at the ethernet crossover if you have one. if you have spliced and diced any cables to get connected, it'd pay to redo them. it's definately a problem with the cables

Is your brother's computer connected to your computer? If it is, maybe when he shuts down his computer, this is the connection that is being reported as 'upplugged'

Nope. My brother's computer is connected through the Network. Even if his PC is on, I'm still experiencing this problem.
