Network boot disk

I need a network boot disk to install windows xp over the network. I need it to grab a dhcp then use net use to connect to the share name on a pc with the i386 file then copy them over to the pc and then install program.

Does anyone know of any good network boot diskettes which could do this?

Barts is the best I have seen other than Knoppix's terminal server.
