Nero Ultra InCD4.3.1.1 Install Prob

I downloaded the the latest version to overcome packet writing problems. When I run InCD 4.3.1.1. I get a message saying that the software will not install if I have a previous version of InCD installed. I have already uninstalled the previous version and uninstalled and then reinstalled Nero Ultra minus InCD. Still no success and no reponse from Nero tech support. Any suggestions?

Evidently the previous version didn't completely cleanup after itself when uninstalled. Try running a find file from the start menu using wildcards (*) and the words nero, ahead and InCD. Remove any thing related to InCD and then run a registry cleaner like Regcleaner. Find Regcleaner here: http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-download/archives/reg-cleaner4.3.htm

Thanks. The problem was as you suggested. Fortunately, Nero advised me to download an InCD tool to clean up the leftover files. InCD 4 then installed ok.
