Nero removal problem

I try to remove Nero from my add/remove programs and I get the following " Fatal error during installation"
I have tried re-installing (so i can uninstall it) Nero program but I kept getting the following message " Wizard was interrupted before Nero could be completely installed. System has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please rum setup again". What else can I do?

reinstall the program and then try it theres a file missing it sounds like from the software installed so just put the cd in or download from site and try again

ooo oops sorry missed the part about the cd things um i would go to the website see if theres tech support there that can help u get passed it, i had that problem too but it was for my printer my system wouldnt take the drivers so i had to add a printer to get windows to recongnise it
