nero burning

CPU/Ram: amd k6-2 533 megahertz

when i click on Nero, a message comes on the screen that says bad or missing system dll and it also says need windows orignal wnaspi32.dll

Usage: Please copy this file in the Nero folder.

Version: 2.0.1.74

NOTE:

WNASPI may only be copied in the applications folder, but not in the system folder.
