Nero 9 Installation - Shell Manager not Acces

So I was installing Nero 9 and during the installation process an error popped saying ' Shell Manger Not Accessible'.After this message the installation process stops. I uninstalled the remaining Nero 9 fully and tried it again a couple of times but the same error is appearing again and again.How can I get rid of it?
