NERO 7: Nero Vision won't work!

I've just dowloaded and installed Nero 7 Premium and I was surprised by the multitude of programs. Still, Nero Vision, which for me is essential, won't work. It says: "Unable to load licensing subsystem. Please reinstall application." First time I saw the message I did what it said , that is I uninstalled Nero 7 and reinstalled it, after restarting Windows. But the problem is unsolved. I have no idea what might be the cause. The rest of the Nero programs work.
