need to rotate a table in Word

Hi, i have a table in MS Word which in order to see all you need to scroll left to right. can i rotate it 90 degrees some how so i can print it? Thanks

i use a program called XN VIEW Just save the file then open it in Xnview then open the file then click image/rotate/ then choose which way you need to rotate it

Can't you just use File/page setup & then choose 'landscape'?
