I have recently hooked up to broadband and IE as well as Outlook Express cannot connect. My internet provider has checked everything from their end and says I need to reinstall my browser. Do I just uninstall IE via control panel>add/remove windows components, then reinstall IE from the XP CD?

Hi Zardox
Here is a link to reintall IE and Outlook http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318378
Before doing this, have you tried connecting through Firefox browser? Might worth while doing this. if you still cannot connect through Firefox then I doubt it is a browser issue. It could well be a network card issue or broaband router issue.
