I use to use a program a while back, but I cant think of the name or any keywords to look it up on google.
What it does, is at the bottom off the screen it'd give you like 2-4 little boxes. You can have all the windows and stuff up you want, and when you click on the second box, you get a completely clean desktop without any windows and stuff, and you can load more stuff, and switch back to the first one for your original stuff.
Like, you could have IMs in screen 1, photoshop and stuff in two, etc
I believe some Linux OS has this feature too.. if anyone knows what I'm talking about, and can just give me a name of the software I'm looking for, I'd be very greatful!

Google does not operate on the basis of a name or keywords alone. Learn to master the advanced search options including boolean terms operators AND OR NOT.
Good luck.

Er.. thanks, I guess?
Even with advanced search, you need a keyword, which I dont have any idea what to use.

You might be thinking of Virtual Desktop Manager which came with XP Powertoys.

Once you have installed Virtual Desktop Manager right click on the toolbar then Toolbars then Desktop Manager.
