The GeForce Mx4000 64mb is a good card however since it's only 64Mb thats fairly low for most of todays 3D games. I suggest if possible getting a 128Mb card in the $100.00 range.
By the time you think you've learned it all..... it's all changed and you have to learn it all over again.

so.. the problem is caused by the low memory not the graphic itself ? ok . thz for your comment but what do u think about GeForce Fx5700 256mB ? but i palyed games like medal of honour , call of duty , euro 2004 it is working perfectly all right . n btw is my agp slot a 8x one ?

The problem is with the low memory on the graphics card. A 128Mb card will help and a 256Mb card will work much better.
Also how much ram are you using? If you don't have enouph ram that could be part of the prob.
Use at least 384Mb of ram.By the time you think you've learned it all..... it's all changed and you have to learn it all over again.

i onli using 256 mb of ram ... hm .. yea so what should i buy . to imporve the suitation ? btw i'm using a intel celeron 2.4ghz . does tat affect the performance ?

Buy a better graphics card like a 128Mb and add another stick of 128Mb (or more) of Ram.
I'm not sure about your celeron question, however because it's a celeron that means that is has a much slower bus speed than a normal Intel 2.4. I don't know what your bus speed on your processor is.

so . it hink i go get a GeForce Mx4000 128Mb or Ram and another 256 ram stick . the processor is running on 400mhz . but my mother board can support up to 533mhz .

400Mhz!! Thats very very slow.
These tip will help you.
1. Upgrade your Graphics card, i recommend a ATI 9200SE 128Mb, Make sure you get the SE verison, it will run on x4 and x8.
2. A new processer will be a MASSIVE boost!! try and get a new motherboard and a processer and that will help alot, try and get at least a 1.4Ghz Processer.
3. Make sure you have at least 512MB Ram, this will make the whole computer faster!
You can get all these Upgrades for around £190 - £210 if you look on the internet.
MAKE SURE YOU BUY COMPATABLE PARTS, RAM CAN BE VERY TRICKEY IF YOU DONT KNOW WOT TYPE TO BUY!!
AS WELL IF YOU BUY AND NEW MOTHERBOARD AND PROCESSER MAKE SURE THERE COMPATABLE, INTEL PROESSERS WONT WORKIN AMD MOTHERBOARDS AND AMD PROCESSERS WOTN WORKIN INTEL MOTHERBOARDS.
ALSO WITH PROCESSER MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT SOCKET SIZE!!

i manage to find a ATI9200SE 128Mb at SingDollar 72 . but i m unsure about u point 2 (at least a 1.4Ghz Processer.)for the ram . i got it at $42 . the processor i not changing yet . since my mother board could support up to 533mhz . why not i upgrade my processor to a 2.8 ghz processor .
but my question is do i need to change my ram again after the upgrading of processor ?
and the graaphic card u introduction to me . on the website it say it is a 8x one . i onli have a AGP 2.0 2x/4x ..anyway thz alot

jsut to add on .. does the brand of the graphic card affect the performance or are they just the same ? i saw 2 different brand ATI n ASUS . and btw what type of processor are u saying . tat can has a massive boost ? how about a intel P 2.53 ghz ?
