CPU/Ram: amd 2800+ baron 1024RAM

ive just got this problem today i went on a game cheats site and it cum up with WARNING YOU'R IN DANGER and i said to myslf just stupid damn popups then i exited the internet explorer and the thing is on my damn desktop and i have no way to remove it i cant even see my desktop backround i can only see my desktop items the the explorer bar anyway i have used every single spyware to date and it hasnt worked plz i need help bad thx

i have very bad luck

It's more than likely a message sent to you via the Messenger service (which is completely useless and easily exploitable). The website probably has some script for detecting it and sending you a message through it.

bisicly mate i have tried all of this and it hasnt worked mate anyway thx for the info but its just realy weir how i have got this it isnt in a brwser atal its like its the actualy desktop picture but everytime u click on it , it takes you to a site sayin WARNING U ARE IN DANGER WICH THE SAME THING SAYS ON THE DESKTOP

There's an XP function called "Active DeskTop".

The website may have found a way into your computer to set itself up as Active DeskTop, which basically means you have a browser as background.

ControlPanel>Display>Desktop page
Press the "customize desktop" button, and then, on the "web" page, uncheck or remove the website's page from the list.
