tha warning is a virus. Reboot in safe mode with networking and run some scans. Adaware, AVG, and spybot all come to mind.

What Anti Virus software are you running? Why didn't it pick it up?

As Greensystemsgo says use AVG, Adaware & Spybot.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

Viruses, trojans, adware, spyware, crapware.
Start with updating your antivirus program then running a full system scan as it seems you have. You might want to try Spybot S&D next.

Also try running Housecall a free online scanner. You may have a lot of work to do as you probably have many infections and malicious programs installed.

In the future watch which programs you install and what you click on. We can't even begin to tell you what infections you might have.

Spycatcher? Don't know it. Not wasting my time to look it up.
