My computer will not go into hybinate or stanby because the keyboard driver is preventing this. I have removed the driver and reinstalled it to no avail. The machine originaly had Windows ME and I have updated it to XP. I assume that the keyboard driver that xp is using is not 100% compatible with my keyboard. Where can I get another driver. I have looked in places like drivers.com and driverguide.com but cannt seem to finds what I need.

I have configured the power button to activate standby. When it is pressed I get a error message that the keyboard is preventing the computer from going into standby. I have just installed a new driver from diverguide.com but this didnt help. From 'Mycompuer' The key board is a Standard 101/102 or Microsoft Natural PS/2. Written under the keyboard is IBM KB-9930
